Family Centered Hospice volunteers are people from all walks of life who contribute just one to two hours a week helping Family Centered Hospice and our patients and families.

All volunteers benefit from comprehensive training before they receive their first assignment Assignments will likely be within a 15 – 29 minute range from the volunteers home base. After we receive your application, you will be contacted, interviewed and then may be invited to participate in one of our valuable training programs.

Our volunteer program works closely with students from a number of colleges, universities and seminaries. These partnerships provide students majoring in health-related fields, theology, psychology and other field of study the opportunity to receive supervised clinical experience, education and end-of-life care training support while serving as hospice volunteers.
